Good wishes to you and thanks for stopping by. I'm Aaron. By day, I work as a director of staff experience in a major academic medical institution. I am also an executive coach and a former clinician, researcher, and university educator. I’m someone who spent years inside business, healthcare, leadership, and education leading conversations that represented the highest stakes among the humans involved.
I have a PhD in Nursing, teach as coaching faculty at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and coach as a certified Edgewalker™. But none of that is really what this show is about. This is where I put the credentials down and just talk, one human to another. The conversations here center upon 54 years of my personal observations about human life and the patterns we experience, the edges where something new becomes possible, and the essential questions I ask as I try and make sense of it all late at night.
Circles | Edges is my attempt to capture these deeper, more intimate, connecting moments with my listeners around the world. It’s a revival of the energy and atmosphere of 1980s late-night FM talk radio hosted by a single, reflective voice keeping us company in the dark.
